“LOFT CALCUTTA ON SHIPPING NIGHT”
1. The Race will be shipped from the IHC Club Rooms at 25400 Royalton Rd. (Rt.
82) in Columbia Station, Ohio. 44028 - - - 1-440-236-6170
2. All Local Flyers must have the BOWENS MEASUREMENT #8439 for SULLIVAN.
3. All Bands or Birds must be paid for by August 1st.
4. All Out of Area Birds must be shipped to or delivered to Ed Dowczek at time
of arrival. Any birds not entered into records will be disqualified. Birds accepted
From Feb. 1st until June 1st. (Shipped by June 1, 2010).
5. All out of town birds will be placed as follows: One bird MUST go on the
wheel from every out of town entry. Out of town flyer can place up to 5 birds
in loft of their choice after the one wheel bird.
6. Make arrangements with the handler of your choice. Handlers List is attached.
7. Local lofts must use designated BANDS for Race and Auction Birds. Out of
Town flyers may use their own BANDS for both. Please designate which Birds are
for the Auction.
8. Set your own clock. Be sure that you have a readable ribbon and paper.
9. Electronic clocks can be used for this race.
10. Your clock must punch holes in your paper tape if the timer was manufactured
to do so. Check now or the clock will be disqualified.
11. Print your name and time set clearly on both ends. We are not looking for
a scribbled signature, but a distinct ID of the Loft.
12. Your tape ends must match and will be checked. If there is no match, the
clock will be disqualified.
13. If you are required to use capsules the open end is down. Hinged capsules
will have the hinges up. Failure to follow this rule will disqualify the bird.
14. Clock variation is one minute for every eight hours. After Set.

16. Call the IHC Club at 1-440-236-6170 after 9:30 am for release and weather
info.
17. Must use Special OCR Entry sheets and pool tally sheet.
18. There will be a Loft Fee of $2.00 and Shipping Fee of $1.00 per Bird.
19. Reporting time is at 7:30 pm on race day, unless otherwise notified. Report
to the IHC Club Rooms.
20. A Trophy to the 1st Place winner and also to 1st Out of Area Winner
21. In case of a SMASH RACE, the Race shall remain Open for a total of 3 days.
After 3 days any remaining Prizes will be divided equally among the birds that
have been reported and the Race will be Officially CLOSED!
22. All Prizes are to be Split 50/50, for Both the Regular Race Prizes and the
Auction Race Prizes.
23. Any and all AUCTION BIRDS must be at the Auction. If they are not at the
Auction then they are no longer eligible for the OCR Race or Auction and cannot
be activated in any way. The bird can’t be flown in any races. Also bird
must be at least 25 days old and not molted any flights yet.
24. There is NO SPLIT on the Out of Area Prizes.
25. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE OCR COMMITTEE ARE FINAL.
